Used to just shove my tent into the stuff sack like an animal
For years I'd cram my tent back into that tiny bag and it took forever plus the zipper started failing. Finally tried rolling it up tight using the fold method and now it packs in 90 seconds flat. Anyone else stuck in the old way for way too long?

Started doing that roll method too after watching a buddy pack his tent in like 30 seconds at a music festival. Felt pretty dumb standing there with my sweaty tent ball trying to force it into the bag for 10 minutes while everyone waited. Now I fold the poles flat across the bottom first, then roll the fabric around them like a burrito. Works way better unless its soaking wet, then you just gotta let it hang dry anyway.
