Finding my niche in area rugs amid the hardwood floor craze
With many homes choosing hardwood floors, I've shifted to installing area rugs. It's become a steady job source, and I appreciate the variety it brings.

Get a rug pad, the thick kind. It keeps the rug flat and stops corners from curling up. You can also try double-sided tape on the corners if a pad isn't an option. I've seen people use heavy books to weigh down a stubborn corner for a few days. It usually trains the rug to lay flat.

My rug work mostly involves me tripping over the corners.

Hold up, @aaronwest, are you for real? You trip over rug corners all the time, that's wild. I can't even picture how that happens so much. Maybe you need to flatten those corners or something. Seriously, be careful out there.
