My power stretcher snapped a tooth mid-room on a 12 foot seam yesterday

Had to finish the whole job hand-kneeing the rest of that master bedroom in Maplewood, and my knee is wrecked today, has anyone else had a stretcher break like that out of nowhere?

How bad is your knee really? Like are we talking can't walk or just a little sore? Hand-kneeing one bedroom seems pretty standard. I've finished whole basements that way. Maybe your stretcher was just old or cheap. Stingers happen, but you play it up like it snapped from quality issues.

My uncle Bob tried to hand-knee a whole living room once and ended up with his knee locked in a bent position for three days. Had to crawl to the bathroom like some wounded animal. He still swears by it though, says it builds character or something.
