Picked a seam roller with bearings over the standard one last week

I was on a job in a 3,000 square foot house and my wrist was killing me after the first room. I had this old seam roller I've used for like 6 years, and I finally grabbed one with bearings from the supply house for $35. It rolls so smooth I felt dumb for not making the switch sooner. Has anyone else switched and noticed a big difference on big jobs?

Man, the difference is NIGHT and day especially on a job that big. I made the same swap last year and honestly it saved my wrist on a 4000 foot house. Here's a serious question though - did you notice the bearing one actually tracks straighter too? My old one would kind of drift and I'd have to fight it, but the bearing one just glides perfectly along the seam without me having to push down so hard. I'm wondering if that's a common experience or if I just had a really worn out old roller.

That bearing roller tracks true for me too, no more fighting the seam.
