A cash buyer in Tampa laughed at my offer letter and said it sounded like a wedding invite
I sent this older guy named Ray an offer for his duplex off Nebraska Ave, and I had it typed up all formal with a fancy border and a paragraph about his home's legacy. He called me up laughing and said it read like a wedding invite, then said he just wanted to know the number and the date I could close, nothing else. So now I write three lines max, price, closing date, and my cell number, and I got two yeses last month, but do you all still include any kind of personal note or is plain and blunt working better for you?
