Cash offer 12% under asking got accepted in 3 days, now I'm second guessing
Put in an all-cash bid on a duplex in Dayton last week, 12% under list, and they took it by Thursday. Has anyone else had a lowball cash offer go through that fast and wondered if you left money on the table?
