Dropped $600 on a cash buyer list and it was a total dud

Paid for a list of supposed cash buyers in Dallas and half the numbers were disconnected or wrong people. Has anyone had better luck with a specific service that's actually vetted?

Hold up though, maybe the list wasn't the problem. Cash buyers change numbers all the time (especially the wholesalers flipping them), and those lists get outdated fast. Could be you just need to scrub the data yourself or cross-check it against county records for recent sales.
