Hit $50,000 in cash purchases today and it still feels weird

I started this cash buying thing about 8 months ago just flipping a few cheap houses around Cleveland. Today I closed my 12th deal and the total hit $50,000 exactly. Never thought I'd have that kind of cash just sitting in deals at once. Has anyone else hit a round number that made them stop and think about how far they've come?
