Just realized I chose the wrong cash buyer two months ago in Phoenix

I had two offers on my duplex, one from a local flipper at 92% of asking and one from a national investor at 95%. I picked the national guy because the number looked bigger, turns out their inspector found a plumbing issue I never knew about and they dropped the price by $6,000 right before closing. The local flipper later told me they would've just fixed it themselves. Has anyone else taken the higher offer only to get nickel and dimed later?

Ugh, classic. Always get their repair list in writing before you commit.
