Paid $500 for a cash buyer lead list that was just public foreclosure records from 2022

Had to sort through 200 dead ends before I realized every single phone number on that list was disconnected, has anyone else got burned by those lead gen services promising vetted cash buyers?

Bought a "pre-qualified" list last month and half the addresses were vacant lots.
