Wasted $500 on a so-called "motivated seller" list from some random website
I spent $500 about 2 months ago on this list of cash buyer leads from a site called CashFlowProspects. The addresses were all outdated or just wrong, like half of them were rentals already. I wasted a whole Saturday driving around Columbus checking properties and only 1 person even answered the door. Has anyone else bought a lead list that turned out to be garbage?

Feel your pain man. I dropped $300 on a "probate seller" list a while back and half the addresses were either empty lots or people who had died 5 years ago. Wasted two full weekends driving around Phoenix suburbs knocking on doors where nobody even lived anymore. These list companies just scrape data and never verify it, they know most people won't ask for a refund.
