Found an old Lite-Brite at a flea market in Dayton and it still hits different

Stopped by a flea market outside Dayton this past Saturday and spotted a vintage Lite-Brite from the 80s, complete with original pegs still in the box. I sat there for a solid 20 minutes punching those little plastic pieces into a stencil of a rocket ship. Honestly, it's way more satisfying than any app I've got on my phone now. Anyone else rediscover a toy that just holds up better than the digital stuff?

Rusty pegs stick sometimes, hit them with a little WD-40.

Man, tell me about it. Found my old Speak & Spell a few years back and spent a whole evening just spelling "booger" over and over like I was 8 again. My wife walked in and just shook her head, said I had the same dopey grin I get when I finally find my keys. But hey, at least with Lite-Brite, when you mess up, you just pull the peg out. My phone doesn't forgive me that easy.
