Hit 47,000 board feet of lumber processed on our crew last month and nobody mentioned it until I checked the tally

I was just crunching numbers for the monthly report and realized we ran through that much material without a single major delay, which blows my mind given we had two new guys on the saw and a wet week in mid-May, anyone else ever track their crew's output and get surprised by the actual number?

Hell yeah, that's a solid month even with the curveballs.

Wonder how much of that solid month was just pure luck vs actually planning things out? Always feels like you get hit with a surprise that messes up the good numbers.
