I finally ditched paper RFIs and went digital on our 12 unit job in Reno
I was tracking about 40 RFIs a month on paper forms for our Reno job and stuff kept falling through the cracks. Switched the whole crew to a phone app for submitting and logging them, and I can actually see who's holding things up now instead of digging through a binder. Response time went from almost a week down to two days on the last batch. Still printing the big submittal packages though, some habits die hard. Anyone else mix digital and paper on the same jobsite, or do you run everything through one system?
