I finally saw the numbers on what a drone survey did for a site we worked on last June

We had a 12-acre lot near Austin that took 3 days to grade the old way, then I pushed the boss to try a drone survey on a different job last month and the takeoff came back in 4 hours flat. Has anyone else had a contractor argue against adopting this stuff because they think it's just a toy?

@angelas78 right? Same story every time. Did that guy finally admit he was wrong or did he double down and blame the drone for something else?

Oh yeah, I had one guy call it a "fancy toy" until he saw the time savings, then he changed his tune fast.
