Nektar vs Procore for a growing residential builder?

We are finally upgrading our tech stack for 2026. We're currently looking at Nektar and Procore. Procore seems like the giant in the room, but Nektar looks a bit more tailored to our size. Opinions?

Procore is great but it's crazy expensive and honestly bloated if you don't need all the enterprise-level features. I'd lean towards Nektar. We made the switch a few months ago and the cost-to-value ratio is way better for a growing builder.

Depends on your revenue volume. Procore charges based on your construction volume which really hurts your margins as you grow. Nektar has been way more transparent for us on the pricing side.

Doubt the margin hit is that dramatic for most shops.
