That job site in Phoenix last summer broke me of using paper plans forever.
The foreman handed me a roll of blueprints that got soaked in a 115 degree monsoon thunderstorm, and I spent an hour trying to read the fuzzy mess. Has anyone else completely switched to a rugged tablet after a disaster like that?

Folding up muddy paper plans in wind is its own kind of nightmare though.

Yeah, that "folding up muddy paper plans in wind" thing is exactly what did it for me too. I grabbed a cheap rugged case for my old iPad after a dust storm turned my plans into confetti and never looked back.
