Can we talk about the microwave popcorn bag that laughed at my "popcorn" button
Last Tuesday I hit the popcorn button on my microwave for the first time in 4 years, thinking I'd finally let the machine do its job, and 90 seconds later I opened the door to a bag of hot, sad, unpopped kernels. Turns out the sensor just decided the bag was done when it wasn't (probably because my microwave is from 2009 and tired), so I stood in my kitchen eating semi-raw corn at 10pm. Does anyone's popcorn button really work, or is it a lie we all just accept?
