My electric bill dropped 18 bucks after I swapped out 4 old bulbs
I found out from my energy company's online portal that switching to LEDs in just my kitchen and living room saved me that much in one month. Anyone else seen a big drop from small changes like this?

Joseph, you say it's probably just the weather but I gotta push back on that one. @joseph_murray8 I swapped out four bulbs in my kitchen and living room last August and saw a similar drop in my bill right after, not during any big weather change. My porch light alone was a 60-watt incandescent that I replaced with a 9-watt LED, and that thing runs 10 hours a night. Over a month, that's 15 kilowatts saved just from one bulb. Weather might shift things a little, but three more bulbs like that add up quick.
