That week where everything went right for once
Last Tuesday I woke up late, spilled coffee on my shirt, and still hit every green light on the way to work for the first time in months. By Friday my boss actually said 'good job' on a report without adding a 'but' at the end, and my car passed inspection with zero issues. Has anyone else had a day or week that felt like the universe finally cut you a break?

Wait, did you steal my life for a minute there? Because I swear I had a Wednesday once where I found a five dollar bill in my coat pocket, my coworker brought in free donuts, and I actually remembered to take the trash out before the truck came. It felt so suspicious that I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, like a car tire going flat or my phone bricking itself out of spite. That kind of luck is so rare for me that I halfway wonder if I accidentally made a deal with some minor demon that was feeling generous but also lazy. Does your brain ever start listing all the tiny disasters that could pop up just to balance things out, or is that just my own personal brand of anxiety?

@umak89 right? found a crisp $20 in a parking lot once and spent the whole day waiting for a bird to bomb me.
