TIL my old way of storing leftover pizza was making it soggy
I used to just toss the box in the fridge, but last night I tried putting slices on a wire rack in there instead. The crust stayed crisp and it was a total game changer for next-day lunch. Does anyone have a different trick that works just as well?

Honestly I just put mine back in the pizza box and it's fine. The wire rack seems like extra work for basically the same result. I find if you heat it up in a dry pan on the stove instead of the microwave, the crust gets crispy again no matter how you stored it.

Yeah the dry pan trick is key. I do the same thing but I'll put a lid on it for a minute first to get the cheese melting again, then take it off to really crisp up the bottom. Works way better than a microwave every time.
