Unpopular opinion: My Tuesday was ruined by a single, tiny, buzzing fly that got trapped in my kitchen for six straight hours.

I tried everything from opening the window to waving a towel, but it just kept bouncing off the same light fixture, and the constant noise made it impossible to focus on my work from home setup, so has anyone else had a simple pest turn a whole day upside down?

Wasn't there a study about how flies are drawn to light because they think it's the sky? Makes their whole escape plan pretty dumb. That buzzing really does drill into your brain after a while.

Honestly, the worst part is the delayed rage. You finally get it out the window and then you're just mad for the rest of the afternoon.
