Yeah, that "natural flavor" thing is a real trip... it's basically a secret club for food companies. I had the same moment with my niece's snacks and the answer is never simple. Makes you just want to buy the plain stuff.

Ugh, it's so true. They hide behind that term because the real process is nasty. Honestly, I looked it up once and "natural flavor" can mean stuff like beaver butt juice. No joke. It just means it started from something in nature, not that it's simple or good. Makes the whole idea of "natural" feel like a total scam.

Totally feels like a scam once you know. The label basically means nothing good for us. Just makes you want to eat plain carrots.
