Farmer's market bulk buys keep my freelance budget intact
I started getting all my veggies there once a week and it seriously cut my food spending. Having a fridge full of cheap, fresh stuff means I cook more and waste less. What tricks do you use to eat well without blowing your budget?

Batch cooking one big meal on Sundays changed everything for me. A huge pot of chili or lentil soup gets portioned out for the week. It stops me from ordering takeout when I'm too tired to think about cooking. Having those ready-made meals in the freezer feels like a safety net for both my wallet and my time.

How do you keep from getting bored eating the same thing all week?

Ever think about the power bill savings too?
