My brownies came out crumbly every time I baked them. I saw that many recipes skip key wet ingredients. Adding mashed sweet potato instead of extra oil fixed everything. Now my brownies are moist and hold together well. Don't waste your time on those dry recipes anymore.
I see so many recipes cutting corners with instant yeast, but the depth of flavor from a proper ferment is unbeatable. My last batch took three days and was totally worth the wait, lmao.
