I got one of those adjustable ones from Amazon last month, tried standing for 3 hours a day, and ended up with worse lower back pain than sitting ever gave me. Has anyone else had their body just reject the standing desk trend?

The city added dog-free areas to our local park last month. Everyone acts like it's a great move for families, but I've seen regular dog walkers avoid the park now. My neighbor, an elderly man, told me he feels unwelcome there. Isn't it wrong to make one group leave to help another?
